Made with Whole Setouchi Lemon Syrup
Lemon Jelly: Richly Sweet with Extra Syrup

Ingredients(for one serving)
- Setouchi Lemon Syrup
- 60ml
- Water
- 300ml
- Gelatin
- 9g
- Setouchi Lemon Syrup
(for topping) - 2 tablespoons
(approx. 30 ml)
Instructions
- Soften the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water.
- Warm the remaining water, then add the softened gelatin and lemon syrup. Mix well until fully dissolved.
- Pour into molds and chill in the refrigerator until set.
- Before serving, drizzle extra lemon syrup on top for added flavor and sweetness.
