Tandoori Chicken with Lemon Syrup

Ingredients(for one serving)
- (A)Onion (grated)
- 60g
- (A)Plain yogurt
- 30g
- (A)Setouchi Lemon Syrup
- 60g
- (A)Garlic (grated)
- 12g
- (A)Ginger (grated)
- 18g
- (A)Salt
- 6g
- (A)Curry powder
- 5g
- (B)Chicken thigh, cut
- 800g
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients listed as (A) to prepare the marinade.
- Place the chicken (B) and the marinade (A) into a bag and rub well to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate and let marinate overnight.
- Remove the chicken from the bag and bake in the oven at medium heat for approximately 15 minutes.
- Serve on a plate of your choice.
