Made with Japanese Teriyaki Sauce for Chicken

Easy to Cook! Authentic Fluffy & Soft Oyakodon (Japanese Chicken & Egg Rice Bowl)

Ingredients(for one serving)

Chicken
50g
Onion
1/4 piece
Egg

Water
60ml
Cooked rice
1 bowl
Green onions
as desired
Japanese Teriyaki Sauce for Chicken
30ml

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion.
  2. In a pan, combine Japanese Teriyaki Sauce for Chicken and water (ratio 2:1), heat over medium flame, then add chicken and onion. Cook until fully heated through.
  3. Lightly beat the eggs and pour them evenly into the pan. Cover and cook on low heat.
  4. When the eggs reach your preferred soft consistency, pour the mixture over a bowl of rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
