Made with Japanese Teriyaki Sauce for Chicken
Easy to Cook! Authentic Fluffy & Soft Oyakodon (Japanese Chicken & Egg Rice Bowl)

Ingredients(for one serving)
- Chicken
- 50g
- Onion
- 1/4 piece
- Egg
- 2
- Water
- 60ml
- Cooked rice
- 1 bowl
- Green onions
- as desired
- Japanese Teriyaki Sauce for Chicken
- 30ml
Instructions
- Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion.
- In a pan, combine Japanese Teriyaki Sauce for Chicken and water (ratio 2:1), heat over medium flame, then add chicken and onion. Cook until fully heated through.
- Lightly beat the eggs and pour them evenly into the pan. Cover and cook on low heat.
- When the eggs reach your preferred soft consistency, pour the mixture over a bowl of rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
