Made with Japanese Teriyaki Sauce for Chicken

Japanese-Style Chicken Pasta – Teriyaki Flavor

Ingredients(for one serving)

Chicken Thigh
80g
Onion
1/4 piece
Pasta
100g
Shishito Peppers
5 pieces
Black Pepper
a pinch
Japanese Teriyaki Sauce for Chicken
30ml

Instructions

  1. Separate the skin from the chicken thigh. Cut the shishito peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  2. Sauté the chicken meat and shishito peppers.
  3. Add the chicken skin to the boiling pasta water and cook the pasta as usual.
  4. Combine the boiled pasta with the sautéed chicken and shishito peppers, then mix well with Japanese Teriyaki Sauce for Chicken.
  5. Adjust the flavor with black pepper and top with sliced onions before serving.
