Made with Japanese Teriyaki Sauce for Chicken
Japanese-Style Chicken Pasta – Teriyaki Flavor

Ingredients(for one serving)
- Chicken Thigh
- 80g
- Onion
- 1/4 piece
- Pasta
- 100g
- Shishito Peppers
- 5 pieces
- Black Pepper
- a pinch
- Japanese Teriyaki Sauce for Chicken
- 30ml
Instructions
- Separate the skin from the chicken thigh. Cut the shishito peppers in half and remove the seeds.
- Sauté the chicken meat and shishito peppers.
- Add the chicken skin to the boiling pasta water and cook the pasta as usual.
- Combine the boiled pasta with the sautéed chicken and shishito peppers, then mix well with Japanese Teriyaki Sauce for Chicken.
- Adjust the flavor with black pepper and top with sliced onions before serving.
