Swordfish Teriyaki – Golden Ratio Sauce

Ingredients(for one serving)
- Swordfish
- 1 fillet
- Water
- 10ml
- Shredded Green Onion
- a small amount
- Japanese Teriyaki Sauce for Chicken
- 20ml
Instructions
- Grill both sides of the swordfish.
- Mix Japanese Teriyaki Sauce for Chicken and water in a 2:1 ratio.
- Add the mixture to the grilled swordfish and simmer briefly until slightly thickened.
- Garnish with shredded green onion as desired.
